How to Use
Apply a small amount (about half a pea) to clean, dry skin around the eye area, morning and night. Use your ring finger to gently pat in small circles. Let it absorb fully, then layer moisturizer and SPF on top in the morning. For deeper results, press a few drops of HA + Prebiotics Serum into the eye area first.

Built for Eye Skin
MOST EYE CREAMS:
-
01
Use the same retinol formulation as face products, which is too harsh for the thinner eye area.
-
02
Treat dark circles as a pigment problem — so they brighten, but don't actually fade.
-
03
Are too rich or occlusive to use morning and night — or post-procedure.
WHAT WE DID:
-
01
We chose encapsulated retinol — a gentler delivery system that releases gradually, so the delicate eye area gets the anti-aging benefit without the irritation.
-
02
We targeted the cause. Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5 strengthens capillary walls and reduces fluid leakage. Horse chestnut supports microcirculation. Together they fade the shadows, not just cover them.
-
03
We made it light enough to use AM and PM, gentle enough for freshly treated skin, and rich enough in squalane, coconut, and shea to keep the barrier intact.
POWERED BY CLEAN, PROVEN ACTIVES
A gentler form of retinol delivered inside a lipid carrier that releases gradually. Stimulates cell renewal and collagen, smooths fine lines and crow's feet, and improves texture — without the irritation pure retinol causes on the delicate eye area.
A clinically studied peptide developed specifically for the eye area. Strengthens capillary walls to reduce puffiness and improves microcirculation to fade the appearance of dark circles.
Holds up to 1,000x its weight in water. Plumps fine lines from within, deeply hydrates, and helps every product layered on top absorb better.
A natural vasoconstrictor used in dermatology to reduce the look of dark circles and puffiness by improving microcirculation around the eye. (Plus Vitamin E, baobab seed extract, rice amino acids, squalane, coconut oil, and shea butter — for antioxidant protection, nourishment, and barrier support.)
FAQ
Is this safe for sensitive skin around the eyes?
Yes. We use encapsulated retinol — a slow-release form that's gentler than pure retinol — so it's safe even for sensitive or reactive skin around the eyes. If you've never used retinol before, start with every other night and build up to daily use as your skin acclimates.
Can I use it if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. This formula contains retinol, which is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Talk to your doctor about alternatives — HA + Prebiotics Serum is a great pregnancy-safe option for the eye area in the meantime.
Can I use it after an eye-area procedure?
Yes — once the initial healing phase has passed and your provider has cleared you to reintroduce active skincare (usually 5–7 days post-treatment for eye-area procedures). It's a clinic favourite for recovery after laser resurfacing, plasma pen eye lifts, non-surgical blepharoplasty, eye-area filler, and other delicate procedures. Always follow your provider's aftercare instructions.
Will it sting if it gets in my eyes?
Avoid direct contact with the eye itself — if it gets in, rinse thoroughly with cool water. Applied properly along the orbital bone with your ring finger, it sits safely on the skin, not the eye surface.
How is this different from your other retinol products?
Our face retinols (like the Retinol 0.5% Night Cream) are formulated for the thicker skin of the face, neck, and chest. Eyelyte Complex uses a gentler encapsulated form of retinol plus peptides and rich emollients specifically calibrated for the thinner, more delicate eye area. Use Eyelyte for the eyes; reserve the face retinol for everywhere else.
Where does it go in my routine?
Right after cleansing, toning, and serum — before moisturizer and SPF. AM and PM. If you're using HA + Prebiotics Serum, press that into the eye area first, then layer Eyelyte over it.
Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
Cruelty-free and gluten-free, yes. Not certified vegan due to trace lanolin-derived ingredients common in retinol stabilization.
