Use 2-3 times a week.
Apply to clean skin and massage over your entire face and neck.
Rinse with water and pat dry.
For acne, oily skin, black and white heads, milia and more mature skin: use less water for a more gritty consistency and more pressure as you massage into the skin.
For sensitive skin (acne, rosacea prone skin), add more water to make it creamier and less gritty, gently massage into the skin with light pressure.
For super sensitive skin, simply mix it into your cleanser.
